These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyUni.ai ("we," "us," "our," "Platform," or "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

If you are under 13 years old, you are prohibited from creating an account. If you are under 18 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has provided verifiable consent for your use of the Service, and they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

MyUni.ai is an AI-powered college matching and application assistance platform that provides:

• College Matching – Personalized recommendations based on academic profile, preferences, and goals (NO GUARANTEE OF ADMISSION)
• Application Management – Tools to track deadlines, manage documents, and organize application tasks
• Essay Assistance – AI-generated writing suggestions, templates, and feedback
• AI Guidance – Support for planning timelines, preparing interviews, and strategic advice
• Analytics – Insights into application strategy and admission prospects
• Community Features – Mentor access, peer discussions, and shared resources

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without notice.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

3.1 Account Creation

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account details up-to-date
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches

3.2 Eligibility

You retain ownership of all content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use and display your content to operate the Service
• Store, back up, and secure your content
• Analyze anonymized content to improve our AI systems

We will not share your content with third parties except as required to provide the Service, comply with law, or with your explicit consent.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware (chosen for arbitration enforcement benefits).
• Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act.
• YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, in-app notifications, or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
